Divine Healing Circles

Women's healing circles are a sacred space to celebrate the divine feminine. These gatherings have been a deeply cathartic and healing experience for me, and I’m honored to offer this space to others. Within these circles a transformative energy arises - one that fosters a level of connection we often miss in the busyness of everyday life. Here you are seen, heard, understood—leaving with a profound sense of belonging and support. While each healing circle naturally evolves, taking on a life of its own, here’s what you can expect:

A Safe and Welcoming Space
My space is designed to bring calm and comfort. A circle will be formed with cushions, blankets, soft lighting and music to welcome you. If you’d like, you’re welcome to bring any meaningful personal items that bring you comfort and a sense of connection.

A Warm and Grounded Beginning
I begin by explaining the process and guidelines of the circle, ensuring everyone feels at ease. To set a calm, focused tone, I often incorporate a grounding activity, such as a short meditation or breathing exercise.

Holding an Intention

As we begin to center ourselves, each participant is invited to set an intention—something to focus on during the circle and beyond. This intention may be a feeling, a mindset, or a commitment to oneself.

Soulful Exploration

Each circle will center around a unique theme designed to deepen our awareness and connection, creating space for meaningful exploration and self-discovery.

Sharing from the Heart
Everyone is invited to share their thoughts, feelings, or experiences. There’s no pressure to speak—you're welcome to simply listen and hold space if that feels right for you.

Listening with Compassion
We listen with full presence and compassion, without interrupting or offering advice. This creates a safe, supportive environment for each participant to be heard.

A Peaceful Closing Moment
To close the circle, we share a moment of gratitude, engage in group reflection, or practice another mindfulness activity, leaving the gathering with a sense of peace and closure.

More than anything, I want you to leave these circles feeling deeply connected and reminded that you are never alone. We are walking this path together.  Whatever you are feeling or thinking, someone beside you is too. In this sacred space, we hold and uplift each other, creating a bond of understanding, support, and shared healing. You are seen, you are heard, and you belong.

So Lets Begin....
